The inaugural EXPRESSWAY Network forum Sunshine Coast will be launched at the Innovation Centre on 6 November.
Guest speakers include Tim Kastells, Senior Lecturer in Innovation Management at the University of Queensland, who will present on ‘Innovation Risks and Rewards’ and Nigel Hall, Director at Cavitus Technologies, will provide an overview of the business, its growth challenges, how they have addressed the challenges and where they have found support.
Mr Kastells and Mr Hall will also be joined on a Q&A panel by Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast CEO Mark Paddenburg and Sunshine Coast Council’s Senior Business Support Officer Geoff Peters to lead discussion on:
- Innovation drivers for commercial success
- Balancing product innovation with business model innovation
- Building an innovation support network
- The future of innovation on the Sunshine Coast.
EXPRESSWAY Network forums are held for the board and senior management of innovative, high growth SMEs and innovation organisations to share ideas, explore opportunities and learn from industry and research experts about disciplines essential to commercial success.
