The Curated Plate: Expressions of Interest open

Calling all Sunshine Coast chefs, restaurants, venues, tourism operators and food and entertainment producers!
Expressions of interest are now open for the Curated Plate, a new four-day destination culinary festival launching on the Sunshine Coast from August 8-11, 2019.
A collaboration between Fairfax Events and Entertainment, Visit Sunshine Coast, Sunshine Coast Council and Tourism and Events Queensland, the event will celebrate regional produce and chef expertise.
It is aimed at showcasing unforgettable, curated dining experiences in the most spectacular of natural environments. There are two opportunities to register expressions of interest:
1) The Umbrella Program – a maximum of 30 food-led and destination experiences from August 5-18 which will form part of The Curated Plate wider festival program.
2) The Food Fair – a three-day event incorporating producers, pop-up restaurants, industry exhibitors, live music, cooking demonstrations by headline chefs, a vegan quarter, food fans and family friendly activities on August 9-11.
Registrations close Friday, November 30. Select parties will be contacted by December 14 to confirm or discuss opportunities for involvement.
