Over the past four years, Queensland’s Department of Agriculture and Fisheries’ Innovative Food Technology unit (IFT) has run several short and medium-term transformational innovation projects designed to generate a tangible impact of economic value, such as shelf life validation activities for export markets.
In this webinar, Senior Food Science Liaison Officer Ross Naidoo will describe how the IFT team has helped Queensland businesses develop unique IP or trade secret positions that make them more valuable to markets and investors.
