The Community Grants Program offers funding to not-for-profit community organisations for projects, events, and activities that benefit the Sunshine Coast community.
Groups can apply for a grant through one of seven categories: Community Development, Community Events, Community Facilities, Cultural Development, Economic Development, and Sport, Recreation and Healthy Living.
Major grant applications open 1 July and close 1 August 2016
Minor grant applications open 5 September and close 17 October 2016
Two free grant information sessions featuring a presentation from representatives about the Gambling Community Benefit Fund will be held on the following dates:
Wednesday 13 July, 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm, Lake Kawana Community Centre
Thursday 14 July, 9.30 am – 11.30 am, Nambour Community Centre.
