About 120 people attended the launch of the Top Tradies Network last month to network with industry experts and learn tips for running a successful business.
The top three concerns from a survey of tradies at the event were:
- Too small to tender for the bigger jobs like government buildings
- Understanding how technology can help tradies
- Unable to take advantage of work opportunities here as they don’t know about them.
The Top Tradies Network creates local business opportunities by bringing contractors, developers and suppliers together to connect, inspire, share and learn.
Next month’s event features a Big Boys Toys display, BBQ, and an educational workshop.
