Round Three guidelines for the National Stronger Regions Fund (NSRF) have been released.
The Fund provides local community projects with between $20,000 and $10 million, covering up to 50 per cent of project costs. It supports a range of local and regional development initiatives which can range from transport projects to the development of sports and community facilities.
Local Government and incorporated not-for-profit organisations are eligible to apply for grants. Funding must be matched in cash on at least a dollar for dollar basis, and the funded part of the project must be completed on or before 31 December 2019.
Applications for the NSRF open on 15 January 2016 and close on 15 March 2016.
