Food Futures Clusters is a three-part program run over three months that supports businesses in the food, beverage and produce industry. It uses best-practice tools and processes developed by the widely acknowledged Hargraves Institute (a world leader in innovation) and its international partners.
Part 1
A free two-hour leadership briefing will be held on 26 August 2014 at the Caboolture Hub. It includes business diagnostics and benchmarking to ensure each business has a comprehensive understanding of its current situation and performance. It will be followed by workshops on 8 October and 5 November.
Part 2
A one-day workshop where you will learn about innovation – what it means, the different types, processes and cultures, how to be successful at it, and how to find opportunities for productivity and growth. You will be equipped with new tools, and have access to expert facilitation and collaboration.
Part 3
This is a half-day workshop delivering sessions on understanding both the industry you’re in and your business. It includes the opportunity for businesses to work together, with peers and like-minded people, to achieve growth and deliver immediate benefits.
