The Sunshine Coast Sporting Club Development Consortium is inviting expressions of interest (EOI) from sporting, recreation and community organisations interested in investing, leasing or using the proposed Sunshine Coast Community Sporting Club (SCCSC).
EOIs are being accepted from parties interested in investment, leasing or using spaces for indoor sports, sports medicine practices, sports administration, clubrooms, short-term accommodation, meeting spaces, leisure activity spaces, a combination of these or other sporting, recreation and related uses.
The EOIs are being sought to assist in the master planning phase of this project to ensure the delivery of a world class sports facility for the Sunshine Coast community.
Located on 1.16ha of land at the corner of Sportsmans Parade and Main Drive Bokarina, the SCCSC will be an accessible, multipurpose, high quality sporting and community hub that will cater for the needs of the community for generations to come.
Organisations interested in participating in the project can complete the EOI form below and return to the development consortium by 7 July.
