Disadvantaged school kids get a boost

Disadvantaged families can gain assistance to increase their children’s success at school via the The Smith Family’s Learning for Life program.
Learning for Life helps each child to reach their potential by supporting their education from primary through to post-school studies.
To be eligible, you child/children must attend partner schools Caloundra State School, Nambour State College, Mountain Creek State School, Burnside State School, Mapleton State School, Kawana Waters State College, Maroochydore State School and Kuluin State School.
Speak with administration school staff to discuss your eligibility and to complete a Learning for Life Referral form.
